In Washington, DC., our events have been staged at the National Building Museum, Corcoran Gallery of Art, Women's Museum of Art and the White House.

Consultation - We work with you to determine the goals and objectives for your special event. We help ensure that your key messages are communicated consistently to attendees, sponsors and/or exhibitors from registration to the closing night. The complete conference experience is our primary focus from shaping the marketing collateral materials to selecting speakers to securing entertainment to developing the web site.

Site Selection - We work with convention centers, hotels, museums, parks, and local attractions in cities across the country. We can find and negotiate the best price for the right location for your meeting, special event or trade fair.
For large hotel events, we work with internationally established consultants that provide even greater negotiation power to assist our clients obtain best prices.

Approach - SMPR event management begins with immersing our executive staff into your organization’s thought process on what a successful event means to your organization or company.  We start with a series of meetings with the goal of setting priorities early, helping to ensure an effective, cost-efficient implementation process.  These meetings also help us get to know new clients and revisit survey results, etc. with existing clients.
